I've been playing tennis since middle school and played on the Ravenwood High School varsity tennis team (I am pictured here playing in my high school days). I transferred my skills to ping pong, racquetball, pickleball, etc. I continue to play tennis regularly through the county tennis leagues.

Advanced Statistical Analysis and Graphical Representation
My initial exposure to statistics was in high school through AP Statistics and research projects at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. In college, I learned R, the statistical programming language. I use R to analyze data for medical research projects and have created various web apps. I also invented the graphical representation known as the 2-sample corrgram: https://rithikatummala8.wixsite.com/sigmaxisrs2021/ I did all statistical analyses and created posters in the projects are shown below.

Apart from tennis, I love yoga, meditation, and cycling—I even built my own electric bike! I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking nature photos, watching movies (Hollywood, Bollywood, and Tollywood), and improving people's lives through innovation, invention, healthcare, and community service.
Exploring New Things
125+ Ideas & Inventions
In daily life, I am keen on observing better ways of doing things and simplifying life. I have a growing list of 125+ ideas and inventions spanning diverse fields from medicine and kitchen devices to cool gadgets and toys. I am happy to chat if you are interested in entering licensing deals for some of my inventions or if you are looking for an inventor to help you do things better. Within 2 months, I learned computer-aided design (CAD), learned patenting, and obtained a provisional patent on my invention.
After learning how to play the recorder and ukulele in elementary school, I started playing the drum set and other percussion instruments in middle school. I also love listening to Indian classical music (both Carnatic and Hindustani styles) as well as Bollywood and Tollywood (Telugu language) songs. My favorite singer is Shreya Ghoshal.
Drummer and Music Lover
After seeing so many people struggle to get their documents notarized at convenient times (e.g., after their work hours) and for affordable prices (some places charge a high cost per page), I trained and became commissioned as a notary public in the state of Tennessee. In my free time, I notarize documents for community members for free and at convenient times.

I was always interested in the human brain, the most complex mechanism on the planet. I am a neurology resident physician (2024-2028) in Nashville, TN. Conditions treated by a neurologist include headache, memory loss, seizures, stroke, movement disorders like Parkinson's disease, neuropathy, and many more.

Applying Data Analysis Skills to Medical Research Projects
I have partaken in several research projects over the years, primarily taking on the role of data analyst and being responsible for creating research posters. Check out the research section of my LinkedIn profile for details. In the posters featured below, I independently conducted all statistical analyses, created all figures, and designed the posters. Check them out here:
Created and Published 10+ Websites
In addition to statistical languages like R and SPSS, I also have experience with Java, HTML, SQL, and web design. I have enjoyed designing websites for friends, family, and my own endeavors. Some websites I made (including this one!) are featured below. Reach out to me if you would like bespoke websites created for your businesses or for yourself to showcase your work, hobbies, etc.
As a utilitarian, I strive to do the greatest good for the greatest number. As a physician and by creating new healthcare models, I can improve the human condition for people who could not previously access or afford care. Everyone deserves a right to high-quality, affordable healthcare. My desire to help people in need also led me to become a notary public providing free community service.
